What You’ll Do:
As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Kubota’s industry-leading equipment. You’ll work hands-on with tractors, loaders, mowers, and other agricultural machinery — both in-shop and out in the field.
Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on agricultural and turf equipment

Work closely with customers and service advisors to ensure top-notch service

Keep up with the latest diagnostic tools and service techniques

Maintain accurate records and ensure safety standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as an equipment technician (agriculture, construction, or automotive)

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Familiarity with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification
-
Valid driver’s license (Class 3 an asset)
